About the job
Provide efficient administrative assistance to the Food & Beverage Management team to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare, analyze, and maintain comprehensive F&B reports, including sales figures, cost control metrics, inventory levels, and attendance records.
Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and all related documentation with precision.
Collaborate seamlessly with Purchasing, Finance, Accounting, and other departments to facilitate operations.
Ensure accurate record-keeping in relevant systems (inventory, staffing rosters, POS, etc.) to support business decisions.
Assist in menu costing, recipe documentation, and updates to standard operating procedures.
Organize, file, and archive departmental documents systematically for easy retrieval.
Support audit processes and maintain compliance with internal standards and regulations.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to adapt to operational needs.
