Qualifications

As a Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor, your primary role will be to establish budget objectives in collaboration with the F&B management team. You will be responsible for defining, planning, and overseeing key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with set goals.
Your responsibilities will include supervising the daily maintenance of the pool area, ensuring it remains clean and in optimal condition for guest use. Safety and supervision are paramount; you will enforce all safety regulations in the pool area and implement hotel policies to safeguard guest well-being.
Delivering exceptional customer service is crucial, as you will address any inquiries or requests from guests regarding the pool services. Your leadership will help in forming a cohesive, skilled, and competitive team dedicated to maintaining consistent quality and continuous improvement.
You will coordinate staff shifts and schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times. Regular performance evaluations and constructive feedback will be part of your leadership approach, alongside managing beverage inventories and operational equipment, including orders and replenishments.
