Salary: £28,157 per annum plus exceptional company benefits
Shift Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, with flexibility required during peak seasons

Join our team at M&J (Sysco GB) Seafood CPU Depot, the leading food service supplier in Bicester, Oxfordshire. We are seeking dedicated Food Warehouse Operatives to work on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and inspecting a variety of chilled and frozen seafood products for distribution to caterers across the nation.
As a Food Warehouse Operative, your primary responsibilities will include handling and preparing various food items, primarily fish. You should be prepared for a physically demanding role that involves spending most of the day on your feet. The work environment is temperature-controlled (chilled), and we provide uniforms to ensure your comfort. We are eager to find individuals willing to learn and grow; successful candidates will have the opportunity to receive training in fish mongering skills from industry professionals.
To be successful in this position, you should be proficient with computers and capable of maintaining accurate stock records for audit purposes, demonstrating great attention to detail. While previous experience in food production or kitchen environments and basic food safety knowledge would be advantageous, a willingness to learn and collaborate with the team is our top priority.
