Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Business Growth: Craft and execute strategies to augment DB Investing’s market share in India.
Sales & Business Development: Lead sales efforts, onboard new clients, and establish relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
IB & Partner Network: Utilize existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to further our market penetration.
Revenue Generation: Propel revenue growth through achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Team Leadership: Build and oversee a high-performing local sales and business development team.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure business operations adhere to local regulatory standards.
