Your Mission
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Consultant to act as a strategic liaison between our clients and internal teams. This role focuses on relationship-building and advisory support, enabling you to collaborate closely with customers to thoroughly understand their business challenges, convert those challenges into actionable projects, and ensure that we deliver tangible, measurable value over time. Think of it as an internal consulting team embedded within a high-growth SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
Foster deep, ongoing relationships with clients to comprehend their evolving business challenges, objectives, and go-to-market strategies.
Convert customer challenges into clearly defined internal projects by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to drive resolutions.
Serve as the strategic advocate for customers internally, ensuring their needs influence our roadmap and priorities.
Craft and deliver recommendations to customer stakeholders, framing insights in terms of business outcomes and value realization.
Identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies, continuously enhancing the customer experience.
