Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Technical Delivery: Manage technical delivery across various deployments, from initial prototypes to stable production environments.
Lead Data Migrations: Develop and maintain high-performance Python-based pipelines and scrapers to extract data from legacy systems.
Collaborate with Customer Teams: Comprehend their requirements, eliminate obstacles promptly, and facilitate the adoption of your solutions.
Optimize Trade-offs: Balance scope, speed, and quality; adapt plans to ensure timely delivery.
Enhance User Experience: Work within our React/Next.js stack to refine interfaces, ensuring that onboarding processes are intuitive and valuable for clinic staff.
Document Best Practices: Transform field insights into tools, playbooks, and frameworks that empower the team to operate more efficiently.
High-Touch Deployments: Occasionally travel on-site for our largest clients to manage complex transitions and guarantee success from day one.
What We Seek:
Technical Expertise
Data & Backend: Extensive experience in Python, particularly in web scraping technologies (BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or Playwright).
Data Systems: Skilled in data manipulation (Pandas, SQL) and proficient with PostgreSQL.
Mindset & People Skills
AI-Driven Approach: You instinctively seek opportunities to utilize LLMs and automation to tackle complex data issues or streamline manual processes.
