What You’ll Be Doing
Participate in enterprise onboarding calls, taking on the role of technical lead for deployments.
Assist customers in integrating their models into the fal Serverless platform, including APIs, scaling, observability, and deployment workflows.
Troubleshoot customer issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers from start to finish.
Convert customer feedback into actionable product specifications, tasks, and engineering priorities.
Collaborate closely with Product and Infrastructure teams to ensure enterprise requirements are met in the platform.
Develop custom proofs-of-concept or lightweight integrations to facilitate customer adoption.
Recognize recurring patterns among customers and translate them into reusable product features.
Enhance internal tools, onboarding processes, and documentation based on customer feedback and challenges.
