In this role, you will take ownership of the technical customer relationship post-sale, seamlessly integrating into their workflows to develop production-grade, tailored solutions utilizing their data, resulting in tangible benefits.
Gain firsthand insight into the operations of sophisticated investors as you navigate their complex data environments, internal systems, and unique workarounds. Your findings will inform platform enhancements that elevate the experience for all customers. Collaborate closely with our founders and engineers, leveraging your agency to drive rapid iterations and redefine the operational landscape for elite investors.
What You'll Do
Collaborate directly with customers to develop customized integrations and data pipelines, hold regular meetings to adapt to their evolving needs, and design and implement new workflows from the ground up.
Troubleshoot and optimize systems by debugging retrieval quality, LLM performance, and data ingestion processes in live production settings.
Work alongside AI Deployment Managers to enhance user adoption and explore new use cases.
Act as the customer advocate, identifying platform gaps and trends early on, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize actionable solutions, often taking the initiative to implement fixes directly.
