Your Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering complex automation solutions powered by UiPath. You will guide clients through their automation journey, combining extensive technical knowledge with delivery oversight and mentorship of your team, ensuring the successful implementation and scaling of automation solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Facilitate technical discovery sessions, process assessments, and solution design workshops.
Design, develop, and manage the deployment of comprehensive UiPath automation solutions.
Create reusable components, uphold coding standards, and advocate for solution governance.
Serve as a technical lead during engagements, guiding team members and assessing deliverables.
Maintain technical client relationships, addressing risk and change management.
Offer strategic insights on automation platform performance, scalability, and strategy.
Contribute to the development of delivery accelerators, best practices, and internal intellectual property.
Be prepared to travel to customer sites or UiPath offices for approximately 25% of your time.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of automation technologies, a strong background in software development, and exceptional problem-solving skills. Experience in client-facing roles and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
