As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to facilitate the successful and swift launch of our API for customers. This role demands a blend of technical expertise and outstanding communication skills, as you will collaborate with a diverse range of companies, from innovative startups to established technology unicorns.
Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the complete API onboarding and implementation process, assisting their technical teams with setup, testing, and launch.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise accounts post-sale, nurturing relationships across product, engineering, and executive teams.
- Serve as an internal advocate for customer needs, offering structured feedback to product and engineering teams to shape roadmap priorities.
- Analyze customer usage data to uncover expansion opportunities and ensure clients realize tangible value from Canopy Connect’s platform.
- Support contract renewals and growth initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Leadership.
