The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Console, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer success with our platform. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, engineering, and executive leadership to understand and resolve customer inquiries, while also integrating insights back into our core product development.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting support agents in integrating Console to automate long-standing manual workflows.
Developing AI tools to analyze support tickets and provide actionable insights to prospective clients on enhancing automation.
Influencing product decisions by translating customer feedback into valuable platform enhancements.
You will have the opportunity to unleash your creativity, work independently with clients, and influence both the platform and product vision.
This position is located in San Francisco, CA. We operate on-site and offer relocation assistance for new hires.

Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role or as a software engineer.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with cloud technologies and API integrations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
