Collaborate with the Managing Director to establish and scale a new venture focused on Multi-Family Homes (MFH).
Design and implement a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy for the MFH business with a commercial emphasis.
Initiate and manage marketing and growth initiatives aimed at rapid lead generation.
Engage in hands-on sales execution: handle leads, qualify prospects, close deals, and forge real estate partnerships.
Develop and refine business cases for clients and partners, ensuring they are economically viable, data-driven, and ready for decision-making.
Work closely with the Managing Director as a Founder’s Associate to support the operational and strategic scaling of the new venture.
