About the job
Join Phlair and Help Shape the Future of Climate Technology!
For decades, fossil fuels have been the backbone of our economy, leading to pollution and climate change. At Phlair, we are committed to changing that narrative. Our innovative and cost-effective electrochemical Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology allows us to extract CO₂ from the atmosphere, either for permanent storage or for conversion into CO₂-negative chemicals. Be a part of our mission to create a carbon-negative future.
What Sets Us Apart?
We have pioneered a breakthrough hydrolizer for acid/base regeneration that facilitates scalable CO₂ capture. Collaborating with esteemed partners like Frontier Climate, Stripe, and Shopify, we are poised to make a significant global impact.
Our flagship initiative, Project Dawn, lays the groundwork for scaling our technology to remove millions of tons of CO₂ from the atmosphere. We are one of only seven DAC companies with a verified offtake agreement. Phlair is on a trajectory to become a leader in technology, utilizing renewable energy and affordable DAC solutions that extend beyond mere carbon removal.
Is This Role Right for You?
We are in search of individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, who are motivated by success, and who excel under pressure. Our dynamic work culture demands a commitment to excellence and a focus on execution. If you prefer a highly structured environment or are risk-averse, this may not be the ideal position for you.
