After recently securing $3 million in seed funding from Pear, we proudly serve over 300 businesses today, with a target of exceeding 1000 by year-end. We have uncovered an untapped opportunity to lead the SMB market while others focus solely on enterprise solutions.
Our Ambitious Goal
Conventional wisdom suggests that SMBs are challenging due to low contract values and high churn rates. However, we see significant growth potential where others see obstacles. Representing half of the U.S. GDP, SMBs require AI solutions just as much as enterprises do, and we are making this vision a reality.
Our initial success demonstrates our model's effectiveness, and we are on the lookout for a dynamic product leader to help us scale. Starting with AI receptionists, we have quickly evolved into a more robust platform—the SMB Customer Revenue Engine, equipped with AI agents managing all customer interactions, an intelligent layer that learns from each interaction, and outbound AI strategies that drive genuine revenue growth. Our bold vision is to become the ultimate SMB super app—a comprehensive, intelligent platform that oversees everything from customer acquisition to retention.
Your Role
As our first full-stack founding engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of our product. This position is far from ordinary; while coding is part of your job, your responsibilities will also include:
Engaging with customers to gather feedback
Participating in major deals
Facilitating growth experiments
Directly influencing the product roadmap
You will take ownership of features from prototype to production scaling, collaborating closely with our founder (ex-Meta) and PM (ex-Microsoft) to influence the company's direction.
Within your first 90 days, you will:
Launch revenue-generating features utilized by hundreds of SMBs
Participate in sales and support calls, transforming customer feedback into rapid product iterations
Work across the technology stack (TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Postgres, Twilio, LiveKit)
Refine critical AI logic that impacts call quality
Develop internal tools that accelerate go-to-market efforts
In the subsequent six months, you will:
Manage significant product areas (e.g., lead capture workflows, analytics, integrations)
Drive the adoption of your features across 1000+ businesses
Collaborate across teams to enable seamless product launches
