Your Responsibilities
Manage Core Systems: Oversee agent systems from concept to deployment, including orchestration, tool usage, planning, memory management, and evaluations.
Architect for Reliability: Develop agent loops and guardrails capable of withstanding real-world challenges.
Rapid Iteration: Conduct experiments, measure results, and iterate on a weekly basis.
Close Collaboration: Work closely with founders in NYC to set product vision, quality standards, and engineering culture.
Establish Standards: Your design choices, documentation, and coding style will set a benchmark for future team members.
