This innovative tool conducts structured, explainable, and resume-aware interviews on a large scale, offering native identity verification and creating audit-ready shortlists that managers can trust. While others may automate parts of the process, Cicero integrates the entire interview workflow into a compliant and defensible decision-making framework.
Role Summary:
We are on the hunt for a dynamic and proactive Founding Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead the acquisition of new subscription clients. You will work closely with our President and product leadership to drive rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete enterprise sales cycle, from account targeting to deal closure.
- Lead pilot programs that showcase value and secure annual subscriptions.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, InfoSec, and HRIT/ATS teams to finalize contracts.
- Work alongside leadership and marketing to develop effective deal strategies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline with precise forecasting.
- Generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from major HR and Talent clients.
- Initiate key use cases and expand product adoption.
- Address regulatory, fairness, and fraud concerns to facilitate sales.
