The Role
Join us as a pioneering Enterprise Account Executive at Rowspace, where you will engage with top-tier finance leaders, including CIOs, firm heads, and managing directors from prestigious private equity firms, credit managers, and institutional allocators. You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while actively contributing to the evolution of our sales processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, early-stage environment that demands a proactive approach and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will collaborate closely with our founders to establish our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
Your Responsibilities
Drive the entire sales process, encompassing lead generation, discovery, demonstrations, and closing.
Enhance our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by understanding prospect behaviors and positioning Rowspace as a valuable thought partner.
Establish foundational sales processes and infrastructure to facilitate scalability.
Communicate market insights to product and engineering teams regarding customer needs and deal blockers.
Collaborate with Deployment Managers to ensure smooth transitions post-sale and support further expansion discussions.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring future Account Executives as the team grows.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in customer-facing roles, preferably as a closer.
3 to 7+ years of experience in technology sales, finance, or consulting, with a passion for building pipelines from the ground up.
Demonstrated high agency; the ability to navigate challenges without a predefined playbook.
Adept at engaging with complex organizational structures – mapping stakeholders, building relationships, and identifying pathways to agreement.
Intellectual curiosity with an ability to dive deep into subjects such as credit underwriting and data security, tailoring pitches to different audiences.
Exceptional communication skills – crafting compelling cold emails, delivering engaging product demonstrations, and engaging with senior finance professionals.
Familiarity with financial services is advantageous.
