Join us at Linkup as our inaugural Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer — a visionary technical architect dedicated to developing the systems that drive our user growth, engagement, and learning.
This pivotal role merges data analytics, automation, and go-to-market strategies. You will create the vital connections between our external growth initiatives (outbound, inbound, marketing) and our internal success metrics (sales, product development, and engineering).
Your responsibilities will include automating the process of identifying, evaluating, and contacting new users; analyzing how Linkup adds value to its users; and ensuring these insights enrich our marketing, sales, and product development cycles.
This is a dynamic, high-impact position where you will collaborate closely with the founders to shape the scaling strategy of Linkup.
Your Responsibilities
Develop scalable growth systems — encompassing everything from outbound automation to usage-based lead scoring and CRM enhancements.
Create and manage integrations across our GTM technology stack (including Attio, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, and internal APIs).
Deliver qualified leads to our sales and forward-deployed teams via automated workflows and analytics.
Implement automation that captures and organizes signals from new users to enhance conversion rates and engagement, supporting our product specialists.
Establish systems that facilitate customer retention, expansion, and outreach (e.g., identifying churn risks and initiating re-engagement efforts).

Ideal Candidate Profile
Possess 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a rapidly growing technology or SaaS environment.
Proficient with modern GTM technology stacks (CRM systems, APIs, enrichment tools, workflow automation).
Comfortable with data analysis and analytics tools to drive insights.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex ideas clearly.
