Having raised over $100 million from esteemed investors such as A16z, Benchmark, and First Round Capital, we are seeking a Founding Head of Marketing to spearhead and expand our marketing initiatives.
The Role
As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all marketing operations. Your primary goal will be to enhance sign-up rates and brand awareness among new customers while increasing engagement with our existing client base. You will begin with two direct reports and be responsible for developing capabilities across product marketing, brand marketing, performance marketing, and communications.
This position demands an individual with experience marketing enterprise software to technical audiences, someone who thrives in dynamic, early-stage environments, and is eager to roll up their sleeves to build a world-class marketing organization.
Your Immediate Responsibilities
Lead product marketing efforts, crafting clear messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
Drive creative and brand marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging across all channels and campaigns.
Implement early-stage growth marketing strategies, including email campaigns, webinars, case studies, and lead magnets.
Take ownership of the Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy.
Promote awareness of new features to existing customers.
Preferred Qualifications
Over 10 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on product marketing.
Demonstrated success in marketing enterprise software or developer/infrastructure tools to technical buyers.
Experience in establishing demand generation and awareness programs from the ground up.
Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
Enjoy developing strategy while executing and nurturing a new marketing organization.
