Join us as a Founding Engineer at Noho Labs, where you will play a pivotal role in developing the foundational infrastructure and user interfaces that significantly enhance the experiences of both patients and clinicians.
Collaborating closely with our Co-Founders, Chief Marketing Officer, Product Designer, and Head of Growth, you will be instrumental in delivering comprehensive features across various domains:
Telehealth workflows including intake, scheduling, consultations, and follow-up processes.
Clinical tools such as charting, order management, protocols, and performance dashboards.
Patient engagement experiences encompassing onboarding, laboratory services, education, and ongoing care.
Operational infrastructure focusing on fulfillment, quality assurance, compliance, and analytics.
This position is characterized by high ownership and contextual depth: you are not merely executing tasks; you are a foundational builder shaping the product’s identity and scalability.
Your Key Responsibilities
Core Product & Telehealth Experience
Lead the end-to-end development of features that cater to both patients and clinicians, from the initial specifications and architecture through to implementation, launch, and iterative enhancements.
Create modern yet clinically rigorous flows for patient intake, eligibility verification, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
Seamlessly integrate video conferencing, messaging, and asynchronous care into a unified telehealth platform.
Clinical & Operations Infrastructure
Develop tools that streamline clinicians’ workflows, including charting processes, order sets, structured data capture, and decision-support interfaces.
Enhance fulfillment and quality operations by collaborating with U.S.-based distributors, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations.
Establish robust internal tools for patient support, care coordination, and experimental growth initiatives.
Systems, Integrations & Safety
Design and maintain scalable, secure APIs and data models for handling medical records, prescriptions, and comprehensive patient data.
Integrate with external systems (EHR/EMR, laboratories, pharmacies, logistics, payment gateways) when beneficial, and develop internal solutions when necessary.
Work alongside clinical and compliance teams to ensure adherence to privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
