What You Will Be DoingEngage directly with Sigma’s customers and pre-sales team to diagnose and resolve intricate technical issues, taking ownership of escalations from start to finish.Act as a regional liaison for our global Support team, collaborating with US-based Engineering and Product partners across different time zones.Work cross-functionally with backend, frontend, DevOps, Design, Product, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.Develop best practices and tools to enhance issue diagnosis and system performance, contributing to scalable support operations.Independently operate in a fast-paced environment, establishing processes and standards as a founding team member in Australia.Participate in quarterly projects and fulfill periodic on-call duties as scheduled, with compensation or time-in-lieu in accordance with Australian employment standards.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in supporting enterprise data or analytics products.Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, databases, and business intelligence.Expertise in SQL (JOINs, partitions, window functions, aggregations, CTEs, subqueries).Experience in troubleshooting SQL performance and interpreting query plans.Proficiency in data modeling concepts.Adept at transforming data into clear and logical visualizations.
