FP&A Analyst II - People
In your daily activities, you will:
Take charge of analyzing and automating personnel expense reports, ensuring speed and accuracy in providing information to stakeholders.
Create, maintain, and enhance automated dashboards and reports (using tools like Google Sheets, Metabase, or similar), integrating data from various sources and systems.
Monitor the performance of personnel expenses (actual vs. budgeted), analyzing monthly variations and providing in-depth explanations for any deviations.
Track People KPIs, such as headcount, cost per employee, and achievement of bonus targets, consolidating information into tracking reports.
Assist in preparing financial presentations and analyses for leadership, translating data into actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improvements in reporting and expense control processes.
To participate in our process, you need to have:
A degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
Previous experience in FP&A or financial analysis areas.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / advanced Excel, focusing on data processing and automation (using complex formulas, queries, scripts, etc.).
Experience with data visualization tools (Metabase, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
