The Franchise & Brand Marketing Coordinator for LATAM at NBCUniversal will play a pivotal role in assisting the Franchise Management and Brand Marketing team in various operational, administrative, creative, and logistical tasks. This position is vital for ensuring the team's daily operations run smoothly, facilitating seamless collaboration with internal and external partners, and ensuring the timely delivery of franchise marketing materials and assets.
This individual will work closely with the Franchise team on our 2026 theatrical lineup and priority franchises such as Jurassic World, Minions, Dragons, Gabby’s Dollhouse, Fast & Furious, Shrek, and more. This is a temporary position for a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Team Support & Ad-Hoc Coordination
- Assist in compiling planning documents, tracking tools, and team communications.
- Collect necessary background materials including research, franchise updates, cross-divisional timelines, and other relevant documents.
- Contribute to the development of pitches, presentations, and campaign overviews.
- Perform administrative duties for the team including taking meeting notes, organizing meetings, compiling agendas, and distributing materials as required.
- Help manage team calendar scheduling and occasionally coordinate travel arrangements.
- Oversee special projects as assigned and offer support to other team members as needed.
- Assist in creating purchase orders and liaising with vendors and internal teams when necessary.
- This role is temporary for a 6-month contract.
Asset Management (Physical & Digital)
- Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure proper file management.
- Coordinate the distribution of both physical and digital assets to partners.
- Manage access requests and permissions for users.
- Support the refresh of digital asset folders and oversee archival processes.
