As a Franchise Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and scaling a portfolio of franchises. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, selling, and maintaining revenue streams within your client portfolio. You will directly contribute to the growth of your assigned franchises by supporting sales and post-sale activities to achieve shared goals. Your Challenges in Making a Difference on Our Team
- Act as the primary contact for franchisees throughout the customer lifecycle: collaboratively define inbound and outbound prospecting strategies to be executed by the franchise to meet goals, conduct closing meetings, negotiate strategies with relevant leads, monitor project activation and implementation, and develop strategies for portfolio monitoring and retention.
- Relationship Management: Be present and proactive, proposing alternatives with autonomy and accountability to ensure the success of your franchises.
- Franchisee Advocate: Facilitate commercial negotiations between partners and internal commercial areas of the company.
- Program Sustainability: Focus on achieving goals, ensuring portfolio profitability, and maintaining satisfaction among franchises and clients.
- Franchisee Development: Identify and assist in filling gaps in technical and/or commercial skills by proposing training, role-plays, update tracks, and sharing relevant materials.
- Overcome technical and operational growth barriers for the franchise: suggest team structuring, develop business plans, maintain regular franchise follow-up meetings, and act as the bridge between the franchisee and the company, co-responsible for their success.
