About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Fraud Recovery Specialist to support our Litigation team in addressing recovery needs associated with Fraud Projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Field Officers to conduct field visits and collections from individuals identified as fraudsters.
- Develop and implement strategies for Recovery Fraud in conjunction with the Litigation Team.
- Oversee the recovery process in the field to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist the Fraud Control Unit Team in investigations that require the Litigation Team's support.
- Engage with external stakeholders to resolve fraud-related issues encountered during field operations.
- Negotiate with third parties to successfully address fraud cases and recover financial losses.
- Support the Litigation Team in legal settlements and provide timely updates to the Litigation Lead and Head of Legal and Compliance as necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma in any field with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a quick learner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
