Opportunity Details
Contributors may engage in various tasks depending on the project, including:
- Creating sophisticated physics problems that reflect real-world applications;
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, foundational assumptions, and constraints;
- Verifying computations or simulations using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy;
- Enhancing AI reasoning capabilities to conform with industry-standard logic;
- Utilizing structured scoring criteria for multi-faceted problems.
Desired Profile
This role is ideal for physicists experienced in Python and interested in part-time, project-based work. Preferred qualifications include:
- A degree in Physics or relevant fields such as Engineering Physics, Thermodynamics, Statistical Mechanics, or Acoustics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in physics;
- Excellent command of written English (C1/C2 level);
- Strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation tasks;
- Reliable internet connection.
Holding professional certifications (e.g., CPhys, EurPhys, MInstP) and experience with international or applied projects is advantageous.

Project Commitment
Tasks are expected to require approximately 10-20 hours per week during active phases, contingent on project needs. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation
- Contributions are compensated at rates of up to $10/hour*;
- Payment may be based on fixed project rates or individual rates depending on the project;
- Some projects may offer additional incentive payments.
