Opportunity Overview
The nature of each project may vary, but typical responsibilities include:
- Creating challenging mathematics problems that reflect real-world applications;
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations;
- Verifying calculations or simulations utilizing Python libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy;
- Enhancing AI reasoning to conform to industry-standard logic;
- Implementing structured scoring systems for complex, multi-step problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is ideal for mathematicians with Python expertise who are interested in part-time, project-based engagements. Candidates should ideally possess:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related discipline, such as Algebra, Calculus, or Number Theory;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mathematics;
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level);
- Proficient Python skills focused on numerical validation;
- A reliable internet connection.
Possession of professional certifications (e.g., CMME, SAS Certifications, CAP) and experience in international or applied projects will be considered advantageous.

Time Commitment
During active project phases, tasks are expected to require approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on project demands. This estimate is not a guarantee and applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
- Competitive pay for contributions, with rates of up to $55/hour*;
- Compensation may be based on fixed project rate or individual project rates;
- Some projects may include additional incentive payments.
