Opportunity Overview
Each project entails distinct tasks, and contributors may be required to:
- Create and design rigorous statistical problems that reflect professional standards;
- Assess AI solutions for accuracy, underlying assumptions, and limitations;
- Verify calculations or simulations utilizing Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Statsmodels, and Scikit-learn;
- Enhance AI reasoning to conform to industry-standard logic;
- Utilize structured scoring criteria for complex, multi-step problems.
Candidate Profile
This position is ideal for statisticians with a background in Python who are interested in part-time, non-permanent projects. Candidates should ideally possess:
- A degree in Statistics or related disciplines, such as Probability Theory, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics;
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mathematics;
- Advanced written English skills (C1/C2 level);
- Proficient Python skills for numerical validation;
- A stable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PStat, CAP, SAS Certifications) and experience with international or applied projects will be considered advantageous.

Project Commitment
During active phases, each project is projected to require approximately 10–20 hours of work per week, depending on project demands. This estimate does not guarantee a specific workload and is applicable only while the project is active.
Compensation
- Compensation for contributions can reach up to $50/hour*;
- Payment may be based on fixed project rates or individual rates, varying by project;
- Some projects may also include incentive payments.
*Note: Rates are subject to variation based on expertise, skills assessment, geographic location, project needs, and additional factors. Higher rates may be available for specialized experts, while lower rates may be applicable during onboarding or non-core project phases. Payment specifics will be discussed per project.
