Role Overview
As a Data Science AI Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing GenAI models, enabling them to tackle specialized inquiries and develop complex reasoning abilities. You will collaborate on diverse projects that challenge you to:
- Craft original computational data science problems that mirror real-world analytical workflows across various sectors such as telecommunications, finance, government, e-commerce, and healthcare.
- Develop problems that require Python programming skills, utilizing libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, matplotlib, and seaborn.
- Ensure that these problems are computationally intensive, requiring significant time and effort to solve (days/weeks).
- Create tasks that demand intricate reasoning in data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and insightful extraction.
- Formulate deterministic problems with reproducible outcomes, minimizing stochastic elements and ensuring fixed random seeds for exact reproducibility.
- Base challenges on genuine business scenarios, including customer analytics, risk assessment, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Design comprehensive problems that encompass the entire data science pipeline from data ingestion to cleaning, exploratory data analysis, modeling, validation, and deployment considerations.
- Incorporate big data processing challenges that necessitate scalable computational strategies.
- Validate solutions using Python alongside standard data science libraries and statistical methodologies.
- Clearly document problem statements with realistic business contexts and provide verified accurate answers.
