About Us
The Mindrift platform connects skilled specialists with cutting-edge AI projects from leading tech innovators. Our aim is to unlock the potential of Generative AI through real-world expertise drawn from across the globe.
Position Overview
As a Data Science AI Trainer on our platform, you will engage in innovative projects aimed at enhancing GenAI models, enabling them to tackle specialized questions and develop complex reasoning capabilities.
Your responsibilities will typically include:
- Creating original computational data science challenges that reflect real-world analytical workflows across various sectors such as telecom, finance, government, e-commerce, and healthcare.
- Developing problems requiring Python programming skills, utilizing libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, sklearn, statsmodels, matplotlib, and seaborn.
- Ensuring that the challenges are computationally demanding, thus not solvable manually within a reasonable timeframe.
- Designing problems that necessitate intricate reasoning in data processing, statistical analysis, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and insight extraction.
- Creating deterministic problems with reproducible answers, avoiding stochastic elements or requiring fixed random seeds for exact repetition.
- Formulating challenges based on actual business issues, including customer analytics, risk assessment, fraud detection, forecasting, optimization, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Designing comprehensive problems that encompass the entire data science workflow (data ingestion → cleaning → exploratory data analysis → modeling → validation → deployment considerations).
- Incorporating scenarios requiring big data processing and scalable computational methods.
- Validating solutions using Python and standard data science libraries, alongside statistical methodologies.
- Documenting problem statements with clarity, including realistic business contexts and providing verified correct answers.
Compensation
Participants can earn up to $32 per hour, contingent on their level of expertise and contribution pace. Compensation varies by project depending on scope, complexity, and required skills.
