This opportunity offers the following:
Each project features distinct tasks, where contributors may be involved in:
- Creating challenging electrical engineering scenarios that reflect professional industry standards.
- Assessing AI solutions for accuracy, assumptions, and limitations.
- Using Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy) to validate calculations or simulations.
- Enhancing AI logic to meet industry standards.
- Implementing structured scoring criteria for multi-step problems.
Ideal candidates should possess:
This role is suitable for electrical engineers experienced in Python, looking for part-time, non-permanent project engagements. Candidates should have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines such as Electronics, Microelectronics, Embedded Systems, or Power Systems.
- 3+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Excellent written English skills (C1/C2) and strong proficiency in Python for numerical validation.
- A reliable internet connection.
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEng, EUR ING, RPEQ) and experience in international or applied projects will be beneficial.
How the process works:

Project time expectations:
Tasks are expected to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, depending on project demands. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload, applicable only while the project is in progress.
Payment details:
- Contributions are compensated at rates up to $20/hour*.
- Payment may be based on fixed project rates or individual rates, contingent on the project.
- Some projects may include incentive payments.
*Note: Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project requirements, and other factors. Highly specialized experts may be offered higher rates, while lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-core project phases. Payment specifics are shared for each project.
