Role Overview
As a Junior Journalist and AI Trainer, your contributions will be pivotal in training AI models, significantly influencing their capacity to comprehend and produce human-like text. Your writing will go beyond conventional norms as you will be developing text that aids AI in learning reasoning, logical accuracy, subtlety, and clarity.
While each project presents unique challenges, your responsibilities may include:
- Creating original, coherent, and fact-checked responses in line with project guidelines.
- Formulating prompts that effectively challenge AI capabilities.
- Establishing detailed scoring criteria to assess the accuracy of AI-generated answers.
- Adhering to style and quality standards to maintain consistency.
What We Seek
This position is ideal for those interested in part-time, non-permanent projects. Preferred candidates will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Linguistics, Literature, or Education, ensuring a robust grasp of grammar and stylistic features.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, etc., with strong critical thinking skills and proficiency in working with English text.
- Exceptional written English skills (C1/C2 level).
- A reliable internet connection.

Project Time Expectations
For this role, tasks are projected to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project needs. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload, applicable only during project activity.
Compensation
Participants in this project can earn up to $23 per hour equivalent, depending on their contribution level and pace. Compensation may vary across projects based on scope, complexity, and expertise requirements. Please be aware that other projects on the platform may offer different earning potential based on their unique requirements.
