Join our dynamic team as a Freelance Scheduling Coordinator, a project-based role with an expected duration of up to 6 months. In this position, you will collaborate with and support productions across the USA Sports portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage daily with USA Sports staff, hiring freelance technical personnel for remote productions. This includes checking availability, negotiating rates, and filling roles prior to events.
Coordinate with Technical and Production Managers to gather essential information for accurate crew sheets.
Timely relay all crew event details to Production Managers to ensure efficient travel logistics.
Assist Operations and Production teams in resolving last-minute scheduling and staffing issues, including changes in schedule, sick calls, and location adjustments.
Provide payroll support for each event.
Manage the internal personnel system (SCORE), including onboarding processes for new hires.
Proactively communicate potential issues to management for prompt resolution.
Address challenges that arise during productions effectively.
Perform additional duties as needed.
