- Administrative Support: Oversee office supply management, coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage mail and courier services, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Aid in scheduling meetings, managing team calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of office expenditures, vendor agreements, and other essential documents.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including compiling reports, creating presentations, and preparing necessary documentation.
