Key Responsibilities for Front Desk Administrator
Manage incoming phone calls to the office main line, directing callers to the appropriate employee or department.
Welcome guests with a professional demeanor and inform employees of their arrivals.
Accurately record messages for staff.
Maintain a digital visitor log to ensure security protocols are followed.
Distribute mail to respective departments as necessary.
Assist in accounts receivable processing, including collections and payments to service providers.
Send out invoices to customers daily.
Keep an updated account list with customer accounting details.
Record incoming customer payments accurately.
Support shipment tracking to assist various departments.
Provide assistance to Management, Administration, and other departments as required.
Promote adherence to all company policies and regulations, performing tasks with integrity and pride.
