Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ideally in a front office setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and colleagues.- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing reservations, guest information, and payments.- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented when addressing guest inquiries or concerns.- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel Property Management Systems is highly regarded.- Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster is essential, with reception shifts scheduled from either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm.Full Australian Working Rights are essential.
