We are looking for a highly organized and professional individual who will ensure the smooth functioning of front-office operations while providing essential administrative support to our investment team, particularly the Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and manage visitors, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and office communications.
- Respond to phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide administrative assistance to Partners and Associates, including travel arrangements and expense tracking.
- Organize meeting rooms and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Facilitate the planning and logistics of internal Archimed events.
- Coordinate external events, handling supplier communications and scheduling.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and various special projects as required.
