- Follow procedures for guest transportation, luggage collection, and storage while maintaining guest confidentiality.
- Maintain all office equipment in good working condition and use it appropriately.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to achieve departmental and hotel goals.
- Take ownership of tasks to ensure completion with accuracy and within deadlines.
