Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising daily front office activities and managing staff schedules.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Training new front desk employees and ensuring adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of reservations and check-ins/check-outs.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
