About Domes Aulus Zante
We are excited to announce an opening at our 5-star property, Domes Aulus Zante, Autograph Collection Hotels, located in the breathtaking Zante, where luxury meets comfort.
Position Overview:
The Front Office Supervisor will play a pivotal role by assisting the Front Office Manager in managing the daily front desk operations. This includes ensuring seamless guest check-ins and check-outs while providing guidance to team members to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service: Supervise efficient guest check-in and check-out processes, manage room assignments, and promptly address guest inquiries and complaints to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Team Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring front office staff, manage schedules to ensure adequate coverage during busy periods, and provide ongoing performance evaluations and feedback.
- Operational Efficiency: Support daily operations, including managing reservations, room inventory, cashiering, and welcoming VIP guests, while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest requests.
