Key Responsibilities:
- Surpass personal and store sales targets, establishing benchmarks for the team and promoting the development of sales skills among team members.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at maximizing revenue while ensuring a stellar customer experience and meeting performance indicators.
- Thoroughly capture and manage customer information, including contact details.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities by promptly identifying customer needs and resolving objections.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of store merchandise, pricing strategies, and the layout of the sales floor and stockroom.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual appeal within the store.
- Utilize proficiency in various technological platforms, including POS, CRM systems, and inventory management applications.
- Enforce inventory security protocols as part of the company’s loss prevention strategy.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures established by the store.
- Assist the Store Manager in coaching and mentoring team members to improve overall performance.
- Work with the Store Manager in the recruitment and interviewing processes to ensure effective onboarding of new hires.
