Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Deliver compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.Foster meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and fellow caregivers.Ensure residents with memory impairments feel safe, respected, and engaged.Document care provided and communicate any changes in resident status to the nursing team.Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education is preferred.Experience in caregiving for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or similar conditions is a plus, but not mandatory.Possess reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality requirements.Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to engage in physical activities such as walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).Willingness to work in an environment with pets.
