Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Deliver compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.Establish meaningful connections with residents, their families, and fellow team members.Ensure a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents with memory impairments.Maintain accurate care records and communicate any changes to the nursing team.Qualifications:High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.Previous experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions is preferred but not required.Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).Comfortable working around animals and pets.
