Qualifications
Required:High School diploma or equivalent.Phlebotomy certification from a nationally recognized organization, completion of training at a phlebotomy school or medical institution, or a minimum of one year of phlebotomy experience in a healthcare setting.Preferred:Experience in performing phlebotomy on diverse patient demographics.Familiarity with lab specimen processing, transferring specimens, and centrifuge operation.Proficient in medical EMR systems and understanding of medical terminology.
