This position involves performing a range of cleaning duties aimed at upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety. The technician will be responsible for cleaning patient rooms and designated areas, managing waste, and contributing to a positive atmosphere within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Execute diverse cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming, and polishing in line with departmental guidelines.
Manage linen transport and laundry duties as necessary.
Ensure waste management by emptying trash containers and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
Prepare patient rooms for new admissions by cleaning to established standards.
Maintain inventory and restock essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap across all assigned locations.
Assist with special projects including window washing, wall cleaning, and floor finishing as required.
