As a Full-Time Hotel Nurse at Constance Le Chaland, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and guests. Your responsibilities will include verifying the Pre-Employment Medical Certificates of expatriate staff and reporting any inconsistencies to the Human Resources Manager. You will provide first aid assistance and training to both employees and guests, ensuring that all departments are equipped with necessary first aid supplies.
Your collaboration with the Ministry of Health will be essential in assuring that the medical certificates of expatriate employees are duly attested. You will also be responsible for generating periodic reports on sick leave, the number of employees/guests seen each month, and the attestation and food handlers’ status ratios.
In addition, you will report any health and safety hazards, accompany employees to the hospital when necessary, assist in the orientation of new hires, and provide counsel on medical-related issues. You will also manage medical supplies proactively in coordination with the Human Resources Manager and represent first aid during various activities organized by the HR team. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
