About the Role:
As a Keyholder, you will embody our company values by promoting a service-oriented culture on the sales floor while facilitating seamless store operations. You will serve as a role model, delivering top-notch customer experiences, providing on-the-spot coaching, and maintaining operational excellence. In your leadership capacity, you may take on the role of Manager on Duty, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our brand standards and values.
Your Responsibilities:
Customer Experience (80%):
Lead by example, delivering Rothy’s Experience through outstanding service and salesmanship on the sales floor, coaching team members to consistently meet brand standards.
Drive personal and team sales, ensuring every customer enjoys the Rothy’s Experience, while supporting your colleagues through coaching and collaborative selling.
Forge meaningful relationships with customers by actively engaging and understanding their preferences, thus creating lasting connections.
