We are seeking passionate Licensed Vocational Nurses who excel in combining clinical expertise with heartfelt compassion for our residents facing Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive impairments. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a compassionate intermediary between residents, families, and healthcare providers.
- Deliver clinical assistance and support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor residents' health status and maintain precise documentation of care.
- Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging atmosphere for residents with memory challenges.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Vocational Nursing program.
- Possession of a valid LVN/LPN license.
- Preferred: Prior experience in senior care or memory care environments.
- Dependable transportation to adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
- Physical capability for active roles: walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Comfortable in environments with animals and pets.

Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM), Week 1 - Monday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 - Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
