As a Maintenance Technician at Spectrum Retirement Communities, you will play a vital role in ensuring our community operates smoothly and remains a safe, clean, and inviting space for our residents. This position involves assisting the Maintenance Manager in performing essential maintenance and repair tasks across the community and its facilities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Addressing maintenance requests from residents and their families promptly.
- Executing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and structural repairs with accuracy and diligence.
- Completing outdoor tasks, including irrigation management, tree and vegetation care, pool maintenance (where applicable), hardscape maintenance, and roofing duties.
