Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming Patients: Greet patients warmly as they arrive, using our web-based system to direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Managing Phone Communications: Answer incoming calls, provide necessary information, and route calls to the correct department or staff member.
Appointment Coordination: Oversee scheduling by managing calendars, organizing meetings, and ensuring appointments are well-coordinated.
Administrative Assistance: Support daily operations through data entry, filing, and managing correspondence including emails and mail.
Additional Duties: Assist with various tasks as required.
